I am directing a scene from Clifford Odets' WAITING FOR LEFTY as part of the 2nd Annual Working Theater Directors Salon!
After last year’s wildly successful inaugural festival, Salon founders Luke Harlan, Dina Vovsi, and Nicole A. Watson, with the support of Working Theater Producing Artistic Director Mark Plesent, are curating the 2nd Annual week-long Directors Salon to support the work of emerging NYC directors. The Salon gives emerging directors the chance to showcase their work, meet with other directors and theater artists, and to hear from leaders in the fields of directing, design, and arts management.
Sunday, April 17th: The Waiting for Lefty Project

The Studio Theater at Theater Row
The final culmination of the opening night lottery - come see the full play by Clifford Odets, with each scene directed by a different director. There will be a feedback session following the play to discuss the various approaches to staging this working classic.
